✅ Ingredients (Makes 2 medium pizzas)

• 2½ cups all-purpose flour (300g)
• 1 tsp instant yeast
• 1 tsp sugar
• ¾ cup warm water (180ml)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• ¾ tsp salt

• ½ cup tomato sauce
• 1 tsp olive oil
• ½ tsp dried oregano
• A pinch of salt

• ½ small red bell pepper – sliced thin
• ½ small green bell pepper – sliced
• ¼ red onion – sliced
• ¼ cup mushrooms – sliced
• ¼ cup black olives – sliced
• ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• Optional: sweet corn, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes
⏱️ Step-by-Step Instructions
🔹 1. Prepare the Dough:
1. Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.

2. Add olive oil, then mix in flour gradually.
3. Add salt and knead 8–10 mins by hand or 5 mins in mixer.
4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.

2. Add tomato sauce, oregano, and a pinch of salt.
3. Let it simmer for 4–5 minutes, then set aside.

• Wash and slice all veggies thin so they cook quickly.
• Pat mushrooms and olives dry if needed (to avoid sogginess).

1. After rising, divide the dough into 2.
2. Roll each out into a round shape, about ½ cm thick.
3. Place on a baking tray or pizza peel.
