Classic, crispy, cheesy and super easy to make at home
🧾 Ingredients (Makes 2 medium pizzas)
🔸 For the Dough: 2½ cups all-purpose flour (300g) 1 tsp instant yeast 1 tsp sugar ¾ cup warm water (180ml) 2 tbsp olive oil ¾ tsp salt
🔸 For the Sauce: ½ cup tomato sauce 1 tsp olive oil ½ tsp dried oregano Optional: 1 garlic clove (minced)
🔸 For the Topping: ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese 20–25 slices pepperoni (turkey or beef) Optional: chili flakes
⏱️ Instructions
1. Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Leave 10 minutes until frothy. 2. Add olive oil, then flour gradually. Add salt and knead 8–10 minutes. 3. Cover and let rise 1 hour. 4. Heat olive oil, add garlic (optional), then tomato sauce and oregano. Simmer 4–5 minutes. 5. Divide dough into 2 and roll into circles. 6. Spread sauce, add mozzarella, then pepperoni slices. 7. Bake at 230–250°C (450°F) for 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Serve hot with garlic mayo or dipping sauce.
