Four-Cheese Pizza Recipe (Beginner Friendly)

Creamy, cheesy, and absolutely irresistible 🍕🧀

🧾 Ingredients (Makes 2 medium pizzas)

🔸 For the Dough:
2½ cups all-purpose flour (about 300g)
1 tsp instant dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
¾ cup warm water (180ml)
2 tbsp olive oil
¾ tsp salt

🔸 For the Sauce:
½ cup tomato sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 tsp olive oil
Pinch of dried oregano (optional)

🔸 For the Cheese Topping:
½ cup shredded mozzarella
¼ cup shredded cheddar
¼ cup grated parmesan
2 tbsp blue cheese or cream cheese

⏱️ Instructions

1. Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Leave 10 minutes until bubbly.
2. Add olive oil, then flour gradually. Add salt and knead 8–10 minutes.
3. Cover and let rise 1 hour until doubled.
4. Heat olive oil, add tomato sauce and oregano. Simmer 3–4 minutes. Let cool.
5. Divide dough into 2 and roll into circles.
6. Spread sauce, then layer cheeses: mozzarella → cheddar → parmesan → blue/cream cheese.
7. Bake at 230–250°C (450°F) for 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbling.

🍽️ Serving Tips:

Add fresh basil or drizzle olive oil after baking for extra flavor.

Roll dough thinner for crispier crust. Don’t overload with sauce or cheese to avoid sogginess.
